One of the limitations of WoW is when looting the cursor must be over a corpse and a modifier key pressed while clicking the mouse. This requires a player to take their hands off the keyboard, wasting precious time. I got around this limitation by use of a custom WoW macro, my Belkin n52te, and CM.
First, a custom macro needs to be created in WoW as follows...
/run SetBinding("key", "TURNORACTION") SaveBindings(GetCurrentBindingSet())
Replace key with whichever key you would like to be your loot key on your keyboard. I made it the x key.
Next, create a keypad building block, connected to a mouse cursor building block, connected to a single key building block as follows...
I set up my Belkin n52te so the D pad keyboard downarrow activates what I want done. The mouse cursor building block needs to be set for "Screen Position" and you may have to adjust the coordinates until you get the mouse pointer to the position you want so that it is over a corpse when you move your character in position.
This works in game so that I simply move my character within range of a fresh corpse so that I'm facing it and press the D pad downarrow. CM takes care of the rest by moving the cursor over the corpse and activating a loot action.
I hope this was helpful.
P.S. This also works for flight masters and vendors.

Any way to get the mouse pointer to jump back to its original position?

Not yet. That feature is already working for the next update though.
To answer your next question, I don't have an estimate for the release date yet. _________________ Ken
